The hotel room was clean (apart from the dishes in the kitchen!) and modern and was super close to the Subway stop at 52nd Street & Broadway. We arrived at this site and could not find the Woogo reception desk. The desk on the site at the ground floor was for some other group and the person there seemed a bit embarrassed when we asked about the Woogo hotel.
