We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were a little small but thats what you expect in Nyc. the bed was really comfortable ( which is the most important thing)and rooms were clean. The locations were great as we were so close to penn staition

This was the perfect location. We could walk from Penn Station to the hotel. Subway access was also nearby, but we walked most places in the city from the hotel. Small rooms, but our stay was nice overall.

We found the staff very friendly and helpful in giving information and directions. Location is excellent -easy walk to Times Square, close to Penn Station Amtrak and subway made it easy to get anywhere we wanted.

Excellent property in the heart of New York! The cookies are always great. We used the overnight parking and it was convenient located across the street. The cost was $40 for a 24 hour period. Expected a bigger room for the price we paid but the staff here are excellent! I went to reception at midnight for a bottle of water, they had run out so a staff member went to a shop and purchased water then delivered to my room. We were always greeted with a smile.

I stayed in this hotel (for the second time in two years) due to its convenience to the Javits Convention Center. It's about a three block walk, which makes it terrific for anyone doing business there.
