I had traveled to NY for work within 2 weeks of each other and stayed here both times. Since I travel alone, I don't require much. The hotel is nice, and cabs are easily accessible. Breakfast food was great, wifi is free, beds were comfortable. Most of all, the staff is AMAZING especially one in particular, Alex.

This hotel is conveniently located for most New York City activities IF you are comfortable with the subway system. Great location, the price was right, the front desk was extremely helpful. Only there one night but everyone there helped to make it a great stay. We were in town for the 5 Boro Ride and had bike to bring into room, very accommodating and even upgraded us so we would have more room. Thanks!!
