After a long day of travel, meetings, and a business dinner, it was so incredibly nice to be warmly welcomed at check-in--genuinely. The gentleman who checked me in insisted on locating my itinerary online and printing my boarding pass for my early morning flight. Though I booked through hotels.com instead of directly, I wasn't relegated to the worst room in... More

This used to be one of my favorite 4 star midtown New York hotels thanks to its location, its old world charm, and its outstanding service. Alas, no more. Of course the location - at Lexington and East 57th street - is still outstanding, and the staff have remained friendly, if not always competent. However, the owners seem to be... More

My brief stay in New York over Easter gave me an opportunity to visit this great hotel on Lexington Avenue. The staff were very friendly and the meeting room (Vico) and suite very well laid out for the business traveller. I will definitely return for pleasure on my next visit to NYC due to its outstanding location. More

We stayed at the Fitzpatrick for the weekend , really great Irish welcome to New York . On arrival , we received an automatic upgrade to a suite , which was superb. The bed was amazing , so soft .....The food in the restaurent was also great but there are diners on every street , which is handy. Its ideal location... More

Great place, staff makes one feel welcome. Stayed at hotel for work (booked thur my work)and was unfamiliar with the hotel. It was much better than I thought it would be. Staff is precise, and helpful without being overly familiar. Few minute walk to central park, 5th ave. St. Patricks. I would happily stay here again. More

rare that I need a hotel room in NYC due to friends who livve there, but this was a special weekend and I was bringing my dear friend's daughter who just passed away, into the City for a "mother/daughter" weekend for some shopping, and just happy times after a tough few months. The staff was amazing from the minute I... More

Wonderful service without being fussy, traditional decor without being stuffy, I highly recommend the Fitzpatrick Manhattan. The up/mid-town location is great and so close to the N and R train subway station. Very comfortable room with nice touches like robes and quality linens. The breakfast was delicious, if a bit pricey, but the restaurant is a lovely space. More

I stayed here for 5 nights at the end of February and it was absolutely perfect. The location is great - close to shopping on 5th avenue, a few blocks from Central Park and there are two subway stations two minutes away. The staff are extremely nice and very friendly. My boyfriend proposed while we were there and everyone in... More

This hotel was lovely. The staff was very friendly, the room was surprisingly large and it was a great location for shopping and visiting museums on the UES. Very fairly priced too. I will definitely stay here again. More

I have recently stayed and had a good room at the back of the hotel on the 5th floor which was relatively quiet ,I would not want to be on the Lex side (the front)Whilst I like the hotel they are obviously on an economy drive cutting costs but in the wrong places when you ask for a coke you...
