“A Comfy, Clean Room in a Great Location”

We were very pleased with our room at the W. It was comfy, cozy, and clean. The location of the hotel is perfect. The staff was very helpful. The gym is nice. This hotel is an excellent choice for a visit to Manhattan.

While this is a StarWood property I found the telephone staff to be rude, I was getting transferred to dead end extensions. But the Manager apologized and helped me so that made it a little better. I would recommend staying here, but I hope you have patience on the phone, because you will need it.
