I took my husband for his birthday, it was my second time at the lodge. He never wants to go anywhere else. The lodge is so peaceful and beautiful. We have stayed multiple places in the area and there is nothing else that comes close to the lodge. It is so clean and the rooms are enormous. He had a... More

The Lakehouse Lodge was just what we were looking for. It has the right combination of beauty, peacefulness, privacy, and fun. My sister and I wanted to stay in a place with the feeling of being out of the city yet not too remote. This place has an added bonus of an easily accessible spa. Denise's NIA class overlooking the... More

We really enjoyed our weekend stay. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, the view beautiful. The lodge is less than ten minutes from Hendersonville, where we found several interesting restaurants. Parking on Main Street is free, and there are metered city lots available at $.25 (yes, twenty-five cents) per hour. A short drive east on Hwy 64 took us... More

My husband and I needed to get away from the kids and wanted privacy and comfort. We found both here. I was a little hesitant at first, as it is hard to tell just how spacious the property is. Though we asked for a seperate cottage, they were full and we stayed in the main house. Much to our delight... More

Ms. Miller helped make this perfect location even more enjoyable with her help and advice. We could not have had a nicer location for a reunion with old friends. I would go back anytime and will highly recommend this lodge. More

The rooms at the Lake house are roomy, (King Bed plus 2 twins in a corner nook), with all the touches of a luxury hotel: comfy beds, nice linens, spa tub, and kitchenette in room. We had a wonderful porch that looked out over Highland Lake. We travelled with another family: kids from 5 years old to 11 years old.... More

My family stayed at the Lakehouse Lodge for two nights when we were in the area to pick up my oldest son from camp. The location is gorgeous, with a large lake and mountains nearby. The inn and room were absolutely beautiful, with lots of dark wood and natural light. We had a bed, plus three daybeds around a window... More

We spent a week there. My step daughter's wedding was there that week. The lodge was great. The rooms could not have been anymore comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. What I really loved about it is that it is such a quiet, peaceful spot. We will definitely be going back. More

Three nights at the LakeHouse Lodge and I am rested, relaxed and have a big smile on my face. My idea of a five star experience includes these ingredients: beautiful and serene natural setting, a warm welcome and a "let us know if there is anything at all you need" attitude from all staff, luxuriously comfortable bed and a suite... We stumbled onto this location approximately one year ago and have returned five times. Our rooms were spacious, clean, beautifully furnished and had a private balcony overlooking the lake. Little extras like chocolates and bottled water add a nice touch. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, and provide a breakfast of fresh scones, muffins and other goodies. There... More
