There aren't a lot of good options for lodging around Canyon de Chelly. This Holiday Inn is modern, clean and very close to the park. I'd strongly recommend it. more

First of all, there is very little to choose from here, so you take what you can get. While nicely decorated the rooms are rather small, including the bathroom. Because Chinle, AZ only had two choices as to hotel accommodations; I chose the Holiday Inn. Close (less than 300 ft) from the entrace to Canyon de Chelly, this accommodation made the most sense.
