Was very happy with this place. Just a block from the ocean and boardwalk, in Pacific Beach. Clean, large rooms. Comfortable beds. Quiet area. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants, and bars. Friendly staff. Continental breakfast was fine. I will certainly stay here again.

Most of our improvements have taken place in the rooms where many three and four star items have replaced the older and thus have transformed the rooms into a more modern look and feel.

The housekeeping staff is wonderful. No matter when we came back, our room was cleaned and ready. They were friendly and always had a smile. Everything was clean, neat and tidy.

Enjoyed my stay here. I would stay again for a number of reasons.
It completely met my group's needs. I traveled with friends, and we were looking for a comfortable stay for an affordable rate. We got that. I'm not terribly picky about hotels - if it's a clean property in a good spot for a good price, I'm happy....
