ALL the tires on our car were FLATTENED.. The staff was not all helpful. They just kept saying "We are not responsible". We had parked right in front of the security guard and bellhop booth. I stayed at the Ramada Plaza prior to and upon returning from a cruise out of San Diego. From someone who works in a five star hotel and spa I found the Ramada Plaza to be an excellent place to stay.
