This is not a good hotel, period! Lacks; hot water; proper linens; clear rooms, appreciative and accommodating front desk staff and management. Breakfast is just okay, coffee not good. Some of the staff were kind and pleasant, however they lacked proper training and accurate information. Our reservations were made 2 months in advance and we called 3 different times to... More

This is a low budget well located hotel, its access to the main freeways are only a couple of blocks away, there is a target store at 2 blocks walking distance, an Ihop jut 3 blocks away and accross the street a Starbucks. Inside the room you have the basics for a family trip such as microwave, fridge, and a... More

My mom & I stayed at the hotel from November 12-15th. The first thing I noticed upon entering this room, was the Fresh Scent of the linens, it smelled like the linens were hung outside to dry!!! It was a good 1st impression. it The area seemed pretty safe for us at night. The hotel room itself was clean &... More

We were in San Diego for the USMC graduation and were charged an extra $100 a night because we made our reservation through the wrong website! The less than friendly manager would not give us the same rate as even the members of our own family who were there for the same reason- talk about working with the customer. However... More

- Hotel was very clean, including the pool area - Staff was courteous and helpful - Shuttle was easy to sign up for and use. It was a bit late one day for zoo pickup so be sure not to rely on it if you're on a tight sight-seeing schedule as I believe priority is given to airport trips -... More

The hotel was supposed to be non-smoking. The first room we were put in had been recently taken out of "retirement." It was smoky and musty and gave me a headache from the first moment I stepped in. Plus, it was right at the front so you could hear everyone partying and would have heard everyone coming in drunk at... More

I stayed here before, however, in our first night we learned what a difference two years can make. There was a night club now close by and their music (well if you can call it music) kept us awake all night together with the panic alarm of a car. Unfortunately, the owner was not interested in stopping it. So was... More

We stayed here for a week. On our second day we discovered we had a mouse in the room went to the front desk to let them know, they gave us a new room which was a pain because we had a baby and lots of stuff to move to the other room, the microwave didn't work at that room... More

Last summer my daughter and I stayed at this hotel. It was okay, rooms were reasonably clean but no complimentary breakfast although there is a restaurant on site which was a little steep in price for what you get. There is a small fridge, safe, and microwave. It isn't fancy, the decor is tired and all the corridors are outside... More

We stayed there for 4 nights. The first two nights our air conditioner did not work. I called the front desk on 3 seperate occasions about this issue. A maintenace man was sent up twice, and the third time 2 maintenance men came to our room to work on it. I finally requested to switch rooms, which they didn't want... More
