Roaches and a spider crawled on my arm. I dropped my drink & used a handtowel to clean up the mess. They charged me $3 for a .50 cent scratchy handtowel. If they would clean and fumigate these rooms, I wldnt of dropped my drink. I called to see if they wld reverse the charge and the lady just kept...

I reserved a room here for 2 nights, a Saturday and a Sunday for my son who was to enter UCSD Hospital Burn Unit on Monday.
