Stayed back in July or August. Very clean. Seemed like it was new. Perfectly located near Mexico border as we went to Tijuana. About 30 mins drive to San Diego. Rooms were spacious. We were in San Diego as tourists and stayed here because the price was right even though it's a bit off the beaten patch. I stayed at Holiday Inn Express Otay Mesa on a business trip. I found the room very clean and comfotable. This location is in the middle of an office park. You can see the border crossing from the parking lot. Very convenient if your travels are taking to the Tijuana area. More
