We got this room on priceline and we were a bit worried after reading some reviews. However, we were so pleasantly surprised. It was beautiful, very clean and classy. We could walk to many restaurants and shops, and it was connected to Horton Plaza. The hotel staff was excellent at recommending attractions and the easiest ways to get to them.... more

The guest room had an extremely complex thermostat that did not work. When we asked for help, we got no response. We did try to fix it ourselves, like setting the thermostat to the right time (novel idea, right?), and using the overide (that only worked until the next program kicked in).
