Ms. Bailey provide with excellent customer service. She even gave me a history lesson on San Diego... I cant wait to back to the Premier next year.

I am not sure what some of the complaints are about but my stay was EXCELLENT! The front desk staff was very nice & helpful, my room was clean & the bed was comfortable, I enjoyed my stay & if I'm ever in the San Diego area again I will stay here!

Once again this hotel proves to be a big step up for a budget traveler. Way better than Motel 6, and cheaper, and I am a long time Motel 6 fan because my dog stays free. Dogs stay here free as well.
