The front desk ladies are wonderful! They were happy to get whatever we needed.
Housekeeping needs to pick up their game! Hallways need vacuuming, lift was dingy even random cutlery laying in it for hours.
Rooms are large but standard.

This Marriott was under construction (remodeling) but the staff went out of their way to accommodate for the inconvenience. The restaurant was closed so they provided a complimentary breakfast. This hotel was undergoing extensive lobby renovation at the time of our visit (10/15/2011). Aside from that, the location was conveniet to a great many dining locations as well a a large shopping mall. Rooms were very clean and well maintained.

My wife and I recently spent the weekend away from home by checking in to the Courtyard by Marriot. We were THRILLED with the experience. We were met by Sarah at the front desk who was so cheerful and professional. All of the "Yes sir" and "Mister and Misses" reference showed a great deal of respect.

Rooms are tired and old, TV cabinets were missing doors, mildew in the shower. This is definitely an older property that needs some freshening up.
Front desk staff were very nice, and the location of the hotel is great for getting to the mall, nearby restaurants, etc.
Overall an average hotel, but it could use some improvements.
