Reserved and inside room and when we got there they gave us a room that had an outside facing door. Asked for an inside room and they upgraded us to a suite. Would recommend the suite rooms. We traveled south from Missouri yesterday and needed a place in Tupelo. Although this is an older hotel,it was comfortable and the staff is very friendly. Breakfast was standard. Great price!

We were visiting Tupelo for an overnight stay and had reservations at the Hampton Inn. This appeared to be an older hotel and remodeled into a Hampton. It was very nice, clean and very well priced. Lovely clean hotel. Managers reception was much appreciated and the lovely friendly staff made it even better! Pool was great but had a lot of dead bugs floating in it! understandable considering the heat!The staff gave us a menu for a local Greek restaurant who then deliverd fantastic pizzas to our room.Breakfast was included and delicious! Will definitely visit again

I was a little worried when I saw we would be in a room with outside access because of noise, but we were pleasantly surprised we did not hear a thing. The staff we very helpful and pleasant. We stayed for a quick overnight trip and enjoyed the service. The hotel is definitely "no frills" but great for a quick stay. We have stayed there twice and the service is consistenly good. We did notice the breakfast was stocked better the last time we stayed (during the week) vs. the weekend, but overall it was still good.
