never ever go to this hotel it is the worst one i have ever stayed at. It smells - badly. Room basic and clean - just. Mattress sags so you dont get a good nights sleep. When I booked this i knew it was going to be basic but not this basic. more

Close to the Symphony station on the green line. This hotel was great value and in a super location. We paid USD 99 per night for a double room. Prudential tower just over the road. Loads of great restaurants nearby. Ten minute walk to Copley Square. Would stay here again if I returned to Boston. more

Location can't be beat. Three blocks from Northeastern Univ and near the Prudential Center. Hotel reminds me of a budget motel. Inside decor very outdated. Our room was big, but tired looking. Bathroom was okay, no problems. Got a good deal of $99 a night, so it was okay. Other hotels much higher, as it is move in week for... more

Had to stay here for one night after settling my daughter into New England Conservatory. Picked it for its close location to the school and booked the room online for $169 for the night which is a pretty good deal for a hotel that seemed close to everything . After arriving in Boston, I could tell from the exterior that... more

Noisy, small, poor maintenance! Good: great location, friendly desk staff Bad: beds have sagging mattresses and box springs, toilet is loose, you can hear everything up and down the hall and on the floor above you, there is no way to use the restroom without waking up your roommate (there is only one switch for the light and fan and... more

We arrived at about 10.00pm after a bit of a nightmare journey, the receptionist was just not with it and she was more interested in a private phone conversation. When we eventually got to our room the so called double bed was like a single bed but just a bit bigger! The plumbing made such a terrible noise all night!... more

I was a little worried about this hotel because of all the negative reviews but it was totally fine. It was clean, the shower was warm, the beds were comfortable and the price was right. The pool was a nice bonus. The rooms were a bit small but I expect that from a city hotel. The rooms and hallways could... more

Completed an ambitious road trip from Toronto>Boston>New York City with some friends earlier this year. We booked online from London, England. The 3 reasons we choose this hotel were... 1. 4 friends sharing one room- check. 2. Parking available on site for our car- check 3. Cheap price (especially when split between 4)- check We arrived later than expected to... more

This hotel is an excellent budget hotel ! ! The location is second to none, with the subway nearby, supermarkets and shops within easy walking distance ! ! It needs a little bit of a refurb, but it serves the needs for a trip to Boston adequately ! ! ! That's if you just use it as a base for... more
