My wife and I spent two nights here. Our room was a great home base while we enjoyed the city and went to see our son perform at the music conservatory. All the basics were there for us. No frills. But the staff was friendly and very accommodating. Because you are less than a block from the Symphony station on... More

My son and I spent two days here. Rooms are clean and basic, beds are comfortable. You get no extras like room service. Internet is NOT free ($9.99/24hrs), parking is not included ($18/24hrs), no ice machines, only soda and candy machines. Parking is underground of hotel, however, if you own an SUV it may not fit...my sequoia touched the building... More

Thank you for staying with us recently as well as taking the time to post a review. I was puzzled by the no ice machines comment in your review, as we have ice machines on both floors. As you posted, we do charge for parking, however with an average overnight hotel parking charge in Boston of $ 47 we are... More

We stayed here during a four day stop over in Boston, and as others have noted, the location is truly very good. It is the closest non-overpriced hotel to the CBD. Public transport is conveniently close, shops, and with abit of walking the whole city is reachable. The service was not too welcoming but efficient, the rooms were clean, neat... More

As we have stayed there a number of times over many years, we know the most desirable rooms and we keep coming back because of the location. The other major plus for Boston is the availability of parking right under the rooms. It used to be free, but it is still worth paying the additional charge. The facility is obviously... More

The best reason to stay at this location is its incomparable location. It is within walking distance of the New England Conservatory, the Boston Symphony, the Prudential Center and Copley Square. Great cultural and culinary attractions, and ready access to the subway. The hotel itself was fine - quiet, clean, comfortable beds, hot water, ironing board. It does not have amenities such... More

This is a very clean and serviceable property near two T stops in the fun neighborhood of Back Bay, central to Pru Center and Copley Square. Very fair room rates, clean, & with a responsive staff. Room definitely was budget but quite large. Disconcerting was the light for the bathroom lit both the bathroom behind a door, and the open-... More

We had a room on the front of the building. The room was very large with a connecting door to the adjacent room the noise from the road was terrible add to this the noise from some kind of machinery or maybe air-con all night meant we hardly slept. The room itself was ok if a bit worn around the... More

Great localization with great bedrooms. I only had problems with the wifi coverage solved just by moving the table a little to the center of the bedroom. More

This mid-priced hotel was conveniently located near the Prudential Centre and Symphony Hall. The ‘T’ was only steps away so that you could reach pretty much anywhere in central Boston easily. Although the hotel had a budget feel to it, the room we had was large and comfortable which was all we needed as we were out all day exploring... More
