The location is fantastic for seeing the city. It is in walking distance from just about every part of town. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel. more

We stayed over the weekend and wonderful accomodations. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The location was great! We were about 2 blocks from the Boston Public Garden and were able to walk everywhere. Additionally, one of the subway lines was less than a two block walk more

There are 6 elevators but only 2 in service. It can take 5 minutes to get downstairs and the elevator will be packed in the morning. I had to ask for soap and toilet paper, the first time for that in a Hilton. Call the front desk and you are put on hold not to be picked up. They want... more
