We stayed on the 15th floor on a Friday and Saturday night. No games or events were going on. The bars below the hotel were very loud. People in the streets yelling and screaming all night. Bars let out at 2am and the even worse chaos below. Both nights didnt sleep well they need new sound proof type windows. More
