Nice place! Quiet, yet right on Commonwealth. Laid out to offer privacy to it's guests, with little clusters of rooms in different buildings, and the one thing you NEVER take for granted, PARKING in BOSTON!!! They could use bed replacement, but the place is fine none the less. More

Great area, nice looking property, the new upgrades make the hotel look much nicer, parking space is a great size. Only thing is needs to have a sign on the commonwealth ave to indicate that the hotel is coming up More

The location of this Inn for any parent of a Boston University student is too good to pass up. Plus it is more affordable than most other Inns or hotels in the area. The rooms are decent, a little worn, beds comfortable, and good quality bathrooms well maintained. Unfortunately the smell in the rooms is just barely tolerable. They must... More

My wife and I stayed at the Terrace Inn during the Easter weekend and we have absolutely no complaint. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and present. Location is fine, nice restaurants not far, very secure neighbourhood, close to the Trolley. We recommend! More

Our daughter moved to Boston two years ago and lives right down the street from this hotel. When we visit we stay there for the convenient location, but the positives are the free parking, internet, and breakfast. Street parking in Boston residential areas is impossible because you need a resident sticker, so the parking is a hotel necessity. The staff... More

I've stayed here several times in the past year and would recommend it highly if you are looking for something inexpensive and close to Boston/Brookline. The rooms are pretty standard but the three biggest benefits are: 1. free parking, and not in a scary underground garage; 2. free internet; 3. free breakfast. For those without a car, it's about a... I traveled to Boston this past weekend to see my friend's band play at the Brighton Music Hall. I wanted a hotel that was clean and comfortable, close to the venue, and reasonably priced with free parking. I got all those things at the Best Western Terrace. My room was spotlessly clean, small and not lavishly furnished, but nice, and... More

This hotel, although a little tricky to get to, is in a good area. We were picking up our son from Boston University and it was only 5 minutes away from him. It's very close to Boston College as well. The T-line is super close to the hotel also. The rooms could definitely use some updating but they were comfortable,... More

This hotel is a joke. It is on the side of a hill, we could barely get out of the car because of how steep the hill we had to park on. The htl staff called us (my mom and I) in the middle of the night saying to us that there were complaints that our room was being too... More
