We lucked out on Priceline and got this wonderful hotel for $81/night. I've read on different message boards of some people getting it for anywhere between $75-$103 (I guess depending on the time of year that you go). I had been looking for a hotel close to the TD Banknorth Gardens, as we were going for a hockey game, but... more

First of all, the view was very nice. From the harbour, I had a "city view" and even though I was only on the 8th floor, it was exceptional. What a nice city! The hotel is located right on the tour bus line, and for 7$ per person, you take the bus for the day, and it brings you back... more

It is a beautiful and modern hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff. I liked our room except for the double bed which was too firm and uncomfortable to sleep on. Otherwise, the location is great....a few blocks to the Convention Center and World Trade Center for meetings. South Station is within walking distance. Starbucks is also conveniently located... more

Stayed at this hotel for a conference and would definitely stay again, even for a personal trip. The rooms are clean and bright and the signature Marriott beds are heavenly. The staff was top-notch as well. The location isn’t right in the heart of everything, but it was an easy and scenic 20 minute walk to the Aquarium and Quincy... more

What a great location - only a few minutes from the airport by Silverline, and a 15 minute walk to Boston's sights. Ask for a room on a high floor with harbour view - even if, like me, you booked with Priceline. I paid only $80 per night for a weekend stay - you can't get a cheap motel for... more

The highlight of this hotel was the bed/bedding. The rooms are nicely decorated and quiet. The location of the hotel is not perfect, but not the worst either - 15-20 minute walk to Faneuel Square, etc. It fit our needs as we were boarding a New England cruise so location to waterfront was convenient. Good view of the waterfront from... more

When you travel to a big city in the US, Boston, NYC, Atlanta, Chicago, you should expect to pay a lot for parking. That's how it is everywhere. Full Service hotels do charge for parking. Everybody that travels should all do their own research first. Don't go to a hotel expecting the concierge to pull from a hat everything you... more

We spent a long weekend at the Renaissance, and for the low (Priceline) price it was a great value. It has good access to the airport and to the subway system (Silver Line), but really you can easily walk into the downtown area in about 15 minutes. Nice colorful decor, staff was helpful. They gave us an early check-in, which... more

To start off, we would not stay here if we were paying regular price. Like most upscale brands, many things are not included in your stay. The hotel was definitely NEW, very clean and chic. The staff were... snobby to say the least, but it is Boston, so that is to be expected. Parking is a pain, since the hotel... more

I was so glad that I chose the Renaissance Boston Waterfront, after indecision concerning another hotel. I found a very good senior rate on the Marriott.com they do drop their prices once in awhile, it was probably a Labor Day special or something. My view was beautiful, the staff were very gracious and accomodating, and the hotel is very airy... more
