Well, I seem to have been on the same conference as the prior poster, and I too found the hotel to be seriously disappointing. Unlike the prior poster, the decor and the TV were fine. Perhaps because I happened to get a room on one of the higher floor, not sure. But the service was far from high end. -... more

No interest in guest service here (all around)... We were greatly disappointed . We should have just stayed home!! We set out to have a relaxing family getaway in the (nearby) city.....what we got were long delays at check in, housekeeping knocking on the door at 7:45am despite a "Do not disturb sign", substandard room service (forgetting an entree and... more

I was sent to this "hotel" for four days for a professional convention. Given that the price was over $200 for even the most basic rooms, I was expecting something that would make me feel like the hotel was special. Unfortuantely, it was far from it. The basic rooms are just that: basic. One large area with a king and... more

Just finishing a two-night stay after attending a conference at the hotel. Conference rate was $229 for a very comfortable room. Had breakfast and lunch at the conference - food was good, prepared by the hotel. All of the staff was very friendly. I guess the only complaint I have is the the Internet access in the rooms is almost... more

We were leaving early out of Logan for a vacation and I decided to start our vacation early with the night before spent at the Westin Boston Waterfront, thanks to Groupon.com. The lobby is massively impressive with high ceilings. My husband dropped me off with our bags and drove our car back to his job in the theater district and... more

This is a beautiful, luxurious hotel, but unfortunately is not within convenient walking distance to stores, dining, T line, etc. For me, the best part was the easy access to the Convention Center. If you are not attending a Convention, there are much nicer places to stay where you can experience the great city of Boston. more

My son and I stayed at this hotel when I moved him in for his senior year at Emerson College. The room was attractive, comfortable, and clean. The only meal we ate there was breakfast and it was standard fare. The only 'down' side to our stay was the location. It is not within walking distance to anything. I used... more

Thank you for providing your feedback. While we do have The Children's Museum and the Institute for Contemporary Art within walking distance in addition to several restaurants, the South Station T stop is a 10 minute walk from the hotel and is a great way to see everything that Boston has to offer. We hope you will consider The Westin...

I used my Starwood Points to stay at this hotel for a 1-night stay in Boston. I was put in the 16th (top-most) floor and had sweeping views of the Boston skyline and the waterfront! The room was very spacious, even with the king size bed in there. I had friends staying at other hotels in Boston and they were... more

Very nice room with fabulous beds. Extremely comfortable and wonderful views of the city, airport and waterfront. Would definitely stay here again for the right price. Not too bad a walk to downtown and T only across the road more

The room, bed, and bathroom were emaculate! The bedding is everything you've heard about, it's the most comfy bed I've ever slept in. Staff was very helpful, appreciated the free shuttle to the touristy area. Although not directly near anything special, after spending time dealing with the tourists it's kind of nice to be staying away from it all. Although... more
