Went to visit our son who lives in Boston. Wanted a hotel within walking distance of great restaurants and shopping...which Back Bay provided. The best part was their wonderful assistance with our daughter who needs a wheel chair. They provided one free of charge and were extremely attentive to her needs within the hotel.
