All the staff were really with it -- good attitude and competent. I left items in room and they put them in my car -- all waiting safely after 9 days. GREAT breakfast and easy access to T-station on the day before flying. more

Large clean and comfortable rooms. Located close to the airport and subway. They provided a free shuttle to and from each. If you didn't want to take the shuttle to the subway it was a 5 minute walk through a park. We always felt safe walking through there. Flew in to Logan from Australia - 20-hour trip - arriving 9PM on a Thursday. The Embassy Suites was simple and easy to get to, clean, simple and basic. Everything worked; room service was a good value with basic foods, and the room was quiet and restful. A good, solid business travel value. more
