This hotel is old. Everything about it is old, from the sheets to the super slow elevators. It is right next to the Tufts Medical complex, which could be convenient, or could be an annoyance with Medivac helicopters buzzing your room at any hour. Alot to be said about checking in. We arrived after 8 hours travelling to no greeting, cookies or manners. We were asked for our credit card straight away, then handed a card and that was it, your on your own. Where was the american big greeting. Cashed in some reward points prior to an early flight out of Logan. Rooms were clean and comfortable - flat screen TV was a nice touch. The location is squeezed in between Tufts Medical facilities but easy access to the Orange line if needed and walknig distance to about everything in Boston. Staff was burnt out - not a smile... more
