It wasn't a horrible experience, but it just wasn't the sparkling clean/crisp hotel atmosphere I prefer. It's older, so it has a lot of charm, which is great if that is what you are going for. “The ONLY place ill stay in Boston!”

“Disappointing”

Disappointing stay. Room was not available for check in and another was found. The ceiling was peeling and paint hanging down. The radiator was dirty with coffee stains and when reported they didn't seem bothered. The bathroom was small goodness knows how a guest of ample proportions would have coped! “Pricey and not worth it”

It is a historic hotel in a good location. The room was ok but bathroom was very small. Definitely could use renovating. Lobby was very cool and meeting rooms were ornate. Called to complain about noise next door at 2 am and was on hold forever.
