our cabin (Tracy's Twin) was a very nice place to stay for two couples..we appreciated the welcome packet waiting for us, the great selection of dvd's and the very peaceful atmosphere which included a new waterfall and garden right outside our door...Mary was most helpful ..kudos to the owners for establishing anr running a very nice place.

Most often what you see on line doesn't translate to reality. But Willow Winds was a wonderful surprise. The cabins were well placed on the property for privacy, the inside was fresh and clean and updated, beautifully appointed, everything you would need. First off, this is a really convenient location. Easy to reach Biltmore, downtown, and the highways for going further afield. The cabins are well located just south of the centre of Asheville (i.e. a short drive or cab into town for an evening out) but just far enough out to feel like you're properly in the woods. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Ruby's Dogwood at Willow Winds. The cabin was spacious, well decorated, and very clean. We visited and stayed in Cora's Pine cabin during December 2012 during our trip to Biltmore Estates.
