We stayed three nights at the B&B and it was a very nice stay. It's a Victorian house close to Asheville's downtown. The owners are very helpful and the rooms are nice. We stayed in two rooms, both of which had Jacuzzi's, very comfortable beds, and good walk-in showers. One room is on the ground floor, the other four are... More

We stayed for a weekend in "the nest"...it was so cozy and cute and a great get away for the weekend. Our hosts welcomed us and gave us a great tour of the city via map. They were wonderful hosts. The breakfasts were first class. Each day was a different meal and was served with some fresh juice. We can... More

My wife and I had a very pleasant two night stay. Although we would not stay again if we were to return to Asheville, it is only because we enjoy staying in different places. Too many B & B's and too little time. However we would not hesitate to recommend a Bed of Roses to anyone we knew visiting the... More

My husband and I decided to take a romantic trip to Asheville for our 1 year wedding anniversary. We were hesitant to stay at a B&B since it was our first time, but A Bed of Roses far exceeded our expectations! Bill and Emily were amazingly friendly, genuine and helpful hosts. They made us feel so comfortable and at home.... More

We stayed here for three nights, and could not have made a better choice. The room was the upstairs room with private entrance. It was small, but clean, comfy and cozy. The bathroom had a jacuzzi tub, and we thoroughly enjoyed/made use of it. I do agree with one of the other guests who said that it was a very... More

Two of us recently spent two nights at this fine B and B. The room we were in was well appointed. We stayed in the turret suite with a sitting room containing a fireplace and coffee maker; bath with jacuzzi and an octagonal, high-ceilinged bedroom. The hosts were accommodating and friendly, but not intrusively so, as some hosts can be... More

We stopped at Asheville for only one night at this lovely B&B en route from Washington DC to New Orleans, the town is lovely & Emily gave us some great tips on where to look around town for our very limited time. The B&B itself is a delightful, clean property with amazing hosts, Emily & Bill. The lovingly prepared breakfast... More

We just arrived home from our stay at A Bed of Roses, and I could not imagine a more perfect place to stay in Asheville. It's in a wonderfully funky neighborhood (don't miss the great Caribbean-inspired food around the corner at Nine Mile restaurant) that's a quick 10 minute walk (at most) to downtown. The breakfast is amazing (baked cinnamon... More
