We stayed here due to the great reviews and location. The hot tub and pool area was very clean and well kept. The rooms were nicely decorated and beds were very comfortable. Only have a few suggestions that would make this good hotel even better. The heated pool needed to be warmer, could not get in it, closed too early... more

Stayed here for three nights with husband and sister-in-law...we are seniors and we had a great stay. Everyone was friendly and helpful.Rooms were clean and quiet...breakfast was excellent. We visited Asheville,The Biltmore, Black mountain. Wonderful visit!! more

I was very happy with the service that we recieved at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and provided us directions and recommendations to the local restaurants. The breakfast was great too! The pool was very clean as well. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay. more

I visited the mountains in Asheville this weekend and found this newly renovated hotel. The staff was pleasant and helpful. It is in a wonderful location near shopping, the Farmer's Market, and the North Carolina Arboretum. I will definitely come back to this one! more

My daughter and 3 grandchildren stayed with me at the Hampton Inn and other family visited us at the hotel. We were celebrating the birthday of one of the granddaughters.
