Very clean and quiet. People who work there are nice. Great location. The bed was really comfortable. Liked the lap pad that was in the room. Free wifi worked well. Indoor pool looked inviting. more
It has been many years since I had stayed in a Hampton Inn, and I was pleasantly surprised at the amenities. The hotel is nicely decorated and a pleasant lobby area. I stayed at this hotel (second stay in past two years) for two nights while traveling through the Carolinas on business. To begin with the front desk clerk was not to helpful. Asked if first floor was avaiable, without looking told me no. My room also had an bad smell to it. I went out and bought some spray to help that. more

We visited Asheville for Memorial Day Weekend. The hotel was very clean- it looks recently renovated. I got a great deal on a king room with a whirlpool bathtub ($120 prepaid).
