Great rooms, about what you would expect from a good chain hotel, good value for money with breakfast included. I liked that the rooms were adjacent to an inside hallway rather than face directly outside, in the cold weather that feature was quite insulating so I didn't need to use my room heater at all despite the freezing outside temperatures.... Room includes breakfast. Stick to the dry cereal, it's excellent. The rest is not good. We had a suite. Not good. Room smells of cooking at 5 am, when the not good breakfast is being prepared. The room itself was more than out-of-date. Not good. The staff were nice. They were good, but not enough so to offset the rest.

We stayed here for a week during the recent very hot weather in Los Alamos. The room was OK nothing special but the window looked out into a corridor inside the hotel. Really enjoyed my stay. Facility was clean and pleasant. Staff were well trained, efficient and smiling. Rooms were well appointed and spacious. I was treated politely and with courtesy. Will I return? You betcha!!!

Our room was quite comnfortable, clean. Facilities are well maintained. staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was one of the best experiences we've had.
