The facilities were clean and well-kept. The staff was pleasant and helpful. My wife and I enjoyed our stay here, particularly after dealing with staff 'attitude problems' that are prevalent in other New Mexico hotels (poor service, rude, etc). This is a truly nice hotel and a good value. more

After visiting Bandelier NM my wife and I stayed a night in the Hampton Inn in White Rock. A three storey, standard hotel of the Hilton-branch. Rooms are quite large and clean. Bedding is good, noisy airco and a sqeecking elevator. Personel is polite and helpful. Breakfast is good value. Only White Rock is nothing at all. more

You can tell the building is a little older and the decor is a little older than other Hampton Inns but it was very clean and comfortable and had a great breakfast selection.
