If you have never stayed at a Bed and Breakfast- I highly recommend experiencing the North Road Inn. You will never go back to the "dorm-like" boring regular hotels ever again. This place is nestled in a quiet neighborhood next to a nice big park. It is an excellent location for visiting Santa Fe, Taos, Jemez Springs, Skiing at the... More

I thought I was going to be closer to Santa Fe, but Los Alamos was a perfect location for day tripping. My room was clean and quaint and I was greeted (upon late arrival) by beautifully loving dog. Breakfast was very nice with all you could desire and I got to chat with the owner and his daughter about the... More

I had always heard great things about this place, but never stayed before. When my family moved back to LA in May 2011 we were going to need space for 4 people and reasonable amenities for a 2 month stay. We were able to get a 3 bedroom suite for $92/night. Relocation paid for $86/night. It was definitely worth $6... More

I often eat breakfast there, and you will find Cathy and her son Patrick to be great hosts and cooks. This place is in a family neighborhood on a quiet hill in Los Alamos. They grow many of their own herbs/veggies, and always go "the farther mile" to help you enjoy your visit, whether it is re-location (me), or travel. More

My husband reserved a "room" at North Road Inn so he could see Los Alamos after reading so much about its history. What we found was that this B&B offered so much more than we had thought! We had a 3-bedroom suite with a kitchenette and sitting area. This provided us with a place for lunches and dinners (we had... More

If you prefer cozy bed and breakfast settings to modern hotels, then the North Road Inn is for you. I had a simple but well-kept room with a supercomfy bed, fridge, tv, and cute old-style desk to work on. Everything was very clean, particularly the bedsheets etc which are very important to me, it's always gross to have old or... More

Spacious, clean, well-furnished, very comfortable B&B with absolutely outstanding breakfast served in a large sunny welcoming dining room, where conversation is lively and interesting as guests from around the US and the world exchange stories and conversation. Kathy, the proprietor, has transformed an ordinary small apartment building into an attractive lodging house for visitors. She and her son know the... More

We loved our stay at the North Road Inn. We had a spacious room. Breakfast was superb. Cathy, the inn keeper couldn't have been more helpful and she was extremely friendly. She gave us great advice and was happy to offer help. She made a superb breakfast that consisted of your choice of blue cornmeal pancakes, or eggs or french... More

I could not remember the last time I slept so well. This Bed & Breakfast is nestled in a quiet neighborhood and feels as comfortable as home. We walked down to the park which is directly across the street and played volleyball and tennis. For the price you would pay to stay in any hotel in Los Alamos you could... More
