I routinely travel two to four times a month to various areas, and when I'm in the northern virginia/dc area, this is the hotel I've settled on. I've been to the staybridge, the sheraton, marriott, residence inn, westin, etc and I have to say I've always had the best experience here at the tyson's crowne plaza. I keep coming back.... more

I can't believe this hotel is so highly rated. Its old, run-down, has 1980s carpeting, the rooms are not clean, the lobby is disgusting. The elevators smell of vinegar. And worst of all there is no bottled water. If you are in room at 11pm and need bottled water, you can't get it anywhere. You have to leave the hotel.... more

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The rooms were sufficient but could use some updating. The location is very good, close to malls, restaurants and not far from the metro. Courtesy shuttle with very friendly drivers. I would stay there again. more

Stayed here for 5 nights. Great location between the 2 malls. One could walk to both with all there great restaurants. My wife & I travel to northern Virginia on a monthly basis ... the Crowne Plaza Tysons Corner is always our #1 choice in hotel when we are in the area. The staff is fantastic especially Soo & Mesfan (front desk personnel). The entire hotel experience is Great! more
