The location was great, handy for everything we wanted to do and visit, including local restaurants. The desk staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms are huge and we loved having space to put everything away, having access to a laundry facility and ice vending machine. The complimentary bathroom accessories are superb. The... More

Thank you for taking the time to write your review. I am happy to hear that you were mostly satisfied with your stay. However I would like to apologize that your experience with our breakfast was not what you would have liked. We recently switched our dinner ware at breakfast to be more Eco-friendly. All of our current cups, plates... More

Although this hotel is slightly more expensive than other hotels in Moab, if you are looking for amenities-look no further. I was with a friend to hike and photograph Arches and Canyonlands Nat'l parks. The front desk supplied cold bottled water and Balence energy bars. Breakfast is included in the rate so we took fresh fruit after carbo loading. The... More

This was a very clean hotel, and convenient to everything! The rooms are suite-sized, complete with sofas and chairs, a dressing area next to the bathroom, microwave, fridge, blow dryer, TV, etc... The complimentary breakfast upstairs includes eggs, bacon, waffles, cereals, juices and coffee, enough to fill you up for your next excursion. My only complaint is the narrow parking... More

The staff, rooms, breakfast, hot tub, and pool were all great at the Best Western Canyonlands but the absolute best thing was the location - we could walk to the visitor center, lots of restaurants and it was a short ride to Arches, the Airport, Canyonlands, Dead Horse Point and lots of other fun places to go. You definately still... More

Wow, I'm really surprised how different a reaction I had to this hotel. When I booked, as mentioned there really isn't a lot of higher end choices in town. After reading the reviews, I was a little put off and almost booked the less expensive other "Best Western" but after reading the ammenities and seeing pictures chose this one and... More

VERY nice Best Western. New lobby, new breakfast area with beautiful views on new deck. Nice room, bed, etc. Kind of pricey, but that's Moab!

This place is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Moab, walking distance from several restaurants and a bunch of shops. The rooms are clean, very comfortable, and equipped with some stuff that I associate with a much more expensive hotel, like really nice toiletries. I know this is ridiculous, but as somebody who has allergies and blows her nose... More

I would first like to thank you for taking the time to share your experience with others. I like you always feel like it is the small things that truly make a difference in my hotel experiences. The hotel was excellent. A little bit expensive compared to other hotels we stayed in on our travels. The room was large with two queen beds. Clean, comfy, with a large sitting area. The bathroom had two areas with a wash basin in each. Very conveniant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Situated just off Moab main street the... More

Thank you for your kind review. I think that one of the best features of our rooms is the fact that they do have two vanity areas. Not too easy to find first time as it sits a little back from the main road. We didn't try any other hotels in Moab but were well pleased with this one. Rooms were large, clean and comfortable and the hotel deserves top marks for its approach to recycling. Most rooms look out on to the car parks so there... More

Unless you're going really high end (Sorrel Ranch), there just aren't a lot of options in Moab. That said, this is an OK choice - all things considered. It's a Best Western, so you know going in that it's going to be pretty mediocre ... and it was. The rooms are clean but rather dated. The breakfast is average. The... More
