Clean and Comfortable but no coffemaker, not much of a breakfast, other places offer more for the same money more

We spent 2 nights at this family-owned, maintained and operated hotel in Moab at the recommendation of a local canoe outfitter.. The owners were very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were affordable, simply furnished, extremely clean. It was a short, safe walk to downtown Moab. We would definitely stay here again. more

Nice privately owned motel in heart of town. Reasonably priced Near Arches National Park and Canyon Lands. Accomodations were clean and bright as well as roomy. Hosts were friendly . Washer and dryer available and coffee and cupcake for breakfast. Refrig in the room. Ice machine. Everything the traveler needs. more

Thanks to other Trip Advisors we tried this hotel and hoped the descriptions were true as we would not normally have tried a motel. It turned out to be exactly what was described by many other travelers.
