This property had at least seven discrepancies which were identified to the front desk. From a plugged sink, toilet continuously running, phone was inoperative, no WiFi even though they advertised same in the room(s), etc, etc. Management made no effort to correct, or discount the over priced room. Corporate Motel 6 was of no assistance either.... more

The lack of fridge/microwave is the only but huge drawback. Super8 has both (and free breakfast to load) just a block down the street. But the building itself is probably the best and biggest Motel6 I have seen. more

Every room has a very noisy mechanical closet, apparently a heat/AC unit. It goes off and on and vibrates loudly when it is on. Compared to other Motel 6's, this one had a nice, clean, well decorated room, comfortable beds. No breakfast, just coffee. Three story with an elevator. Carpets in the hallways needed cleaning or replacement, but the room was clean. more

We were stuck in Moab with car problems. There was a convention in town, and very few rooms available,so were pleasantly surprised at the large room we found here. It was clean and very acceptable. The purpose of our trip was visiting Arches National Park. This hotel is just minutes away from the park, probably the closest one. Like most Motel 6 hotels, they work fine if you're just there to sleep and intend to spend no time there. We had a decent room and got a good night's rest after a few days of non-stop hiking in the desert. Though, friends of mine went about a month later and were very disappointed. more
