We stayed at the Aarchway Inn for 5 nights in October 2009, and thought it was a comfortable, nice hotel. My only complaint was that the hot tub wasn't usable for 4 of the 5 days we were there, but I imagine it takes a while to get parts in Moab! I'd recommend this hotel. more

We arrived in Moab on the labor day weekend and quickly found out that all the hotels with names we recognized were booked so we went to the Aarchway Inn. Our room was comfortable, large, had a table and chairs, refrigerator.Outdoor pool and hottub had view of the mts. Breakfast served daily [hot /cold choices ] in a large room... more

We spent two nights at the Aarchway in September while exploring Arches and Canyonland parks. The rooms were spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was very helpful especially Helen Hayes who ran the breakfast room. The pool water was a perfect temperature for swimming something I greatly appreciate when I travel. It is necessary to drive into Moab to... more

For a place with so many natural attractions and a reasonably good tourist infrastructure, Moab seems surprisingly lean on compelling lodging facilities. There’s the stunning Red Cliffs Lodge up on 128 but that place involves a 20 to 30 minute drive to town. In town there are several passable privately owned or chain motels but most are of that standard... more

Great big rooms (though the air conditioner was noisy) in a loction close to the Arches park entrance (about 5 minute drive). The checkin staff were quite rude and curt. We were told to go outside and bring our bags around the side. I don't know why; perhaps to save their carpet? Checkout staff were equally rude! Overall a pretty... more

We were lucky enough to get one of the last rooms available at the Aarchway Inn over a nearly sold out Labor Day weekend. The suite had a well decorated and spacious living area with a queen sleeper sofa, as well as a wet bar and fridge. The sleeping room had a comfy king size bed and a jetted tub... more

First a note, I learned the hotel was recently bought and renovated by new management. So that might explain why my review is different from some of the other. While it is not a four star hotel, there is not a four star in Moab, UT. However, this is the best place to stay in the area (I have traveled... more

great service and rooms. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. Terrific continental breakfast and Helen H. was a great person with the breakfast. Kept things clean and tidy. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and spa and the next day the kids played on the playground located in the back......what a great idea!!. My family really enjoyed it... more

Mistake made both in check in and check out (doubled invoice) and no interest in trying to solve problems. Room prepaid and confirmed by email. Not available when arrived though. No apology or proposition for other accomodation (wanted an upper, not ground room, booked and paid in april...). Upon checking out, while they registered when check in that room prepaid,... more

The rooms were clean, cool, and met all of our needs. The hotel has a great breakfast and was a very comfortable place to stay. It is a little outside of town, so you need to drive to most places, which was the only drawback. more
