Let's be honest - Del Rio isn't paradise on earth.....but this remodeled motel is extraordinary. From the super-helpful folk working there when I arrived - Larry, Dinah and Samay - to the brand new, tastefully decorated rooms......and all this for under $50!! Stayed one night while visiting Seminole State Park Caves. Very clean, comfortable and spacious room. Friendly staff and wifi worked great. Also hot breakfast was very good. Excellent value.

Whispering Palms Inn is a simple, recently renovated, comfortable and clean motel in the center of Del Rio. This is exactly what I needed on my way to Big Bend National Park!

We stayed here, because we had read the reviews of pretty much everything within a 50 mile radius. Nice, clean hotel. Order pizza across the way, we also did the art tour that Del Rio has once a month. Would def stay here again.
