If you are in a budget this is the motel, very convenient location and good price. Room was clean and comfortable, not great but good enough for one night maximum two. Walls are thin, so if you are looking for a peaceful and quiet night maybe is not the best place to stay. Other than that service is good. More

The motel is well located but the breakfast was really poor, just coffee, juice and greasy snacks. The owner made us feel under control during the breakfast. My family stayed here for a few nights while visiting San Francisco this spring. The staff were very helpful and accomodating. The room was smelly! Although we asked for a non-smoking room, I could smell the lingering, musty odor of cigarette smoke. The hotel was very very very noisy! The continental breakfast was a shame! We will NOT be coming back to the Town House again. More

This is a nice place for the budget. Friendly staff, close to cable car, right on Lombard street. I would stay there again. More
