The overall hotel experience was good. We stayed on the club level. The room was dated but clean. The happy hour was a nice perk, but the lobby had wine for all guests, so it wasn't a huge bonus over the standard. Everyone was friendly. Good location for Union Square. More

This is the perfect getaway, shopping and family hotel. We go to the city with another family, twelve of us, this this was the perfect venue.
