We had a very nice view from floor 22 over SF. The toilet was leaking, but they fixed it. Not a problem. The location is good. You are right in the center of SF.

Located in the middle of the city. Everything nearby - BART, cable car to fisherman's wharf, restaurants and bars, shopping. I attended an event at The Muscone Convention center which is just a short walk away. The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff is also very polite as well as helpful.
