Top-notch service from an exceptionally friendly and well-trained staff make for a perfect experience. Rooms are spacious with obviously phenominal views. I can't believe this hotel is not five-diamond becasue it far exceeds most five-diamond hotels out there. I can't wait to visit again after the renovations are complete. More

Excellent hotel! Unparalleled service. Ridiculous city views. Concierge desk phenomenal - we were able to have excellent restaurant and transportation experiences on NYE weekend.
