I stayed here last year with my husband on his first trip to San Francisco. Everything was great. I loved our view and I didn't seem to notice any untoward noise. There is a cable car stop right outside the hotel which was very convenient. I thought the room was very nice. Would stay there again this year but could... More

I have been coming to this Property for 45 years. I have never been this disappointed in a hotel. This room is $599.00 nightly and does not include even Wi-Fi? wow very disappointing. Oh wait for $20 bucks they will give you some sort of connection, WTF oh OK it is fine because I am staying at the Hyatt Regency???... More

Thank you for your feedback. The housekeeping team try their hardest to maintain the cleanliness of each guestroom and seem we fell short during your stay. Please accept our apologies. Our internet fee is comparable with other 4-diamond hotels in the area and we feel we provide good value. However, that was not your experience and for that, we are... More

Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, awesome location, good water pressure in the shower, etc., but the street noise is horrible! The room had a balcony towards the street, and single pane windows, which in combination with the sliding doors did not reduce the noise much.

Attended the conference in November. The hotel is amazing. Very clean and very welcoming. They even had it "snowing" in the lobby at certain times. The staff was friendly and directions and tips on where and where not to go were right on. I was there during "occupy San Francisco" and the group was a few blocks away - other... More

Went to a conference held at the hotel. The facilities for the conference were excellent. The atrium amazing. The bedroom was big and comfortable. Staff friendly. Really enjoyed my stay. The only issue was the street noise at night, especially the street perfomer playing his saxophone. Thank goodness he was skilled.

This is an excellent Hyatt property at the head of Market Street directly across from the Ferry Building. The atrium is a stunner and the staff is top-notch, especially housekeeping. The rooms could use some updating. The wallpaper was torn in the bathroom and the shower head was loose. The room's thermostat is in dire need of a digital update.... More

We stayed here during a large convention and though the lobby is stunning, the rooms are dated. We constantly had trouble with our room cards not working. The rooms were dark and the lighting needs to be updated. Parking cost almost $200 and the attendants were curt. Breakfast buffet is expensive and satisfactory although I have had better for less.... We went to San Francisco for our niece's wedding. We stayed at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco. It's location on Embarcadero was ideal. Convenient to everything.
