Stayed here near the end of a 17 day tour. Room was comfortable and clean. Didn't have any meals there since there are places to eat nearby. Really handy for the cable car. Very very helpful lady in the hotel gift shop who gave us perfect directions

We stayed here as part of an American West tour which also took in Los Angeles and Las Vegas. The hotel was clean and comfortable and in a great location for the cable car and local bus to Fisherman's Wharf. Views from the upper floors were great but there was some traffic noise even on the 21st floor.

This morning we checked out. My friend's legs are covered with bed bug bites. I picked up someone's old knee high hose & old peanuts from carpet. Air conditioner was mildewed. Decor from the 80's. electricity didn't work in half the room. Yuk!

The hotel doesn't look attractive at street level, but that doesn't matter. The reception area isn't very attractive- but that didn't bother me. Stayed here for 5 nights. We were on the 24th floor which had great views of the city. Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. My only criticism would be that there's a lot of noise from the street, even at that height. I had to use eat plugs.
