The service was great. My pregnant wife requested extra pillows and they delivered lots of extra pillow very quickly. There was no view, but the price we paid on hotwire for it was a steal. more

Very poor customer service. No priority check-in, was not recognized as priority club member. Got the worst room assigned. No view, no upgrade. Front desk was rude, manager never called me back about my issue I had with the room when I checked out. Will never stay at this property again. more

Just stayed there for one night, as other said about the construction, this is still far from ending. The hotel is great. We received a really warm welcome and all of the staff very very helpful. The rooms are large and comfortable and very clean. The area is a little sketchy but once you get down the main street only a few blocks away it's fine. The hotel is currenly renovating but we were not disturbed at all.... more
