The staff were amazing and helped us with printing e-tickets and suggestions for places to visit. The complimentary wine tasting between 5:30 and 6:30 is great. Room was beautifully decorated but perhaps a little on the small side for a couple with 2 children in 1 room.

Stayed at the Galleria Park for a week while in San Francisco. The rooms were very clean and the beds super comfortable. The hotel is in a good location. The hotel staff were very helpful in suggesting places to eat, directions, etc. Would definitely stay there again.

This is a older hotel with small rooms that's been tastefully refurbished. Nothing overly luxurious, but clean, quiet, and in a great location.

Pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful staff, spacious room, and tasteful lobby and room decor. Unbeatable central location, with nice amenities like complimentary coffee and tea in the morning and drinks/cocktails at the lobby in the early evening.

We loved this hotel! The service is excellent, rooms very clean! Very funky hotel within walking or short cab distance to everything you could want to do or see in downtown SFO! We would come back again and again!

Can't imagine a better-situated place for San Francisco.
