Although this hotel is quite close to some of the grittier blocks in SF I still had a great stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the restaurant attached to the hotel, Jasper's, serve some really good burgers.

Loved this hotel! Absolutely gorgeous lobby. Lorretta Forever checked us in, and being from New Orleans, she had such sparkle with an attitude of Southern Hospitality. This is a great example of a fine Kimpton hotel. The customer service is always impeccable, and the hotels are all maintained beautifully. The finest example of boutique done right! Loved it!
