Took BART from San Francisco airport for $8.10 and walked 4 mintues from Powell St. to the hotel. The location is amazing. Very short walk to cable car, a mall, MOMA (Muesum of Modern Art). this is not the chic hotel they advertise. it is over priced and understaffed. the lobby is very cold and uninviting. the rooms are the size of closets and they charge over 240.00. they nickel and dime you to death, have to pay extra for the internet connection in your room. not enough lighting. no honor bar. no help in... more
